SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING:
For items weighing less than 160 pounds (max of 5 per order, anything more must go on a pallet), FedEx Ground service will be used. You are welcome to use your FedEx account or we will be happy to arrange FedEx Ground Shipping for you. For orders requiring freight shipping, we are happy to arrange ground shipping for you, please allow 2 business days for freight to leave our warehouse. Our Freight Carrier ships to your business address with loading dock or forklift or to your nearest Freight Terminal. Residential delivery requires an additional residential charge plus an additional liftgate service charge and is available upon request.
COST:
Varies based on item and ship to address. We will include all shipping information in our listings and residential shipping is available for an additional charge. Please call or email for a residential shipping quote.
We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters or inclement weather. Our shipping cutoff is 12pm EST each weekday.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
For any Product purchased from Zoom and returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the price of the Product returned will be paid by Customer. Customer will be responsible for any and all charges for the shipping of the Product returned. The Product must be in an unused condition when returned. Customer will pay any necessary repairs required to bring the Product to a like new condition. ZOOM WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY CUSTOM PRODUCTS. This includes custom designs and custom ordered colors not standard on the Products produced by ZOOM. Any damage during shipping must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading before signing for delivery. We are happy to assist in reporting any damage or filing a claim for damage. All returned products MUST contain all accessories and accompaniments received with your original product. If you fail to return everything you received, then the retail value of these items will be deducted from your refund, or must collected prior to shipping any exchanged product(s). If, upon management approval, your exchange is shipped prior to receiving and inspecting your returned product, a $500 credit card hold will be required prior to shipping the new product(s). This hold will be released once we verify that the returned product(s) are complete.
